OPPO has launched A79 5G, the company’s latest 5G smartphone in the A series in India, after the launch back in August. The phone packs a 6.72″ 90Hz LCD screen, is powered by Dimensity 6020 SoC, which is a rebranded Dimensity 700. It has 8GB RAM and additional 8GB of virtual RAM.
The phone has a 50MP rear camera along with a 2MP portrait camera, 8MP front camera, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, polycarbonate frame that offers a metallic texture, IP54 ratings for dust and water resistance, and packs a 5000mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC fast charging that can charge up to 51% in 30 minutes.
