iQOO 12: Design, Q1 gaming chip, camera details revealed


iQOO already confirmed the launch of iQOO 12 series on November 7th powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Today, the company has posted the images that show the design of the phone that also reveals some of the camera specs.

The white color has BMW Motorsport branding with three stripes. iQOO has also confirmed that the phone will come with the company’s first self-developed Q1 gaming chip. The phone will ruin OriginOS 4 which will be introduced by vivo on November 1st.

A close-up shot reveals triple rear cameras along with a periscope telephoto camera and ‘100x tele lens’ text. The text next to the camera mentions ultra sensing f/1.68 to f/2.57, 15-70 focal length.

The phone will feature a 1/1.3-inch main camera with OIS along with an ultra-wide-angle lens and telephoto periscope lens. It has partnered with Zeiss once again. Earlier rumours revealed a 50Mp OV50H OIS main camera, 50Mp JN1 ultra-wide-angle camera and a 64MP OV64B OIS telephoto camera.

The red version has a leather finish with patterns and a flat metal frame. . In addition to white and Red, the phone will also come in a black version with a fluorite AG glass.

The phone will come with a 2K 144Hz Samsung AMOLED screen, and the leaker Digital Chat Station says that it will come in 12GB+256GB, 16GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB version. We should know more details in the coming days.
