When purchasing any of the 5G-compatible Galaxy A series smartphones, including Galaxy A54 5G, Galaxy A34 5G, Galaxy A23 5G, and Galaxy A14 5G, the loyalty offer applies. As part of the ongoing festive promotions, the daily effective prices for these models are Rs. 44, Rs. 47, Rs. 49, and Rs. 63, respectively.
How to Redeem the ‘Upgrade to Awesome’ Loyalty Offer
To benefit from this loyalty offer, customers should follow these steps:
1. Open the My Galaxy App on your old Samsung device and log in.
2. Eligible customers with old Galaxy smartphones will see a banner displaying the offer details within the app.
3. Generate a unique code on your old device.
4. Log in to the My Galaxy App on your newly purchased device.
5. In the app, only eligible users can view the offer banner.
6. Click on the banner, and the My Galaxy App will validate your phone number and the IMEI of the device you’re using to access the app.
7. After successful validation, the My Galaxy App will generate a coupon code and activate the Samsung Care+ policy within 48 hours.
