Airtel has launched “Airtel Advantage”, an automated one-stop first-of-its-kind platform offering global interconnect solutions.
This will offer International Voice, A2P, P2A, P2P SMS, Direct Inward Dialing (DID) and International Toll Free Service (ITFS) to enable carrier partners globally to seamlessly address their connectivity needs in a few clicks.
The platform will offer International Voice and SMS to begin with and will add DID and ITFS subsequently, said the company.
Airtel Advantage leverages Airtel’s global network and digital infrastructure to streamline direct interconnect provisioning, enabling faster customer onboarding and seamless interconnection to multiple global locations. Customers can also view real-time traffic statistics and other insights on a customized analytics dashboard.
Carriers will now be able to opt for any connectivity service based on their unique requirements.
