After confirming Sony Lytia “Pixel Stacked” sensor for the OnePlus 12, the company today confirmed that the phone will use Sony LYT-808 sensor for the first time in the OnePlus 12, after using Sony LYT-T808 sensor in the OnePlus Open.

These two sensors are twin masterpieces in the field of mobile phone flagship sensors and have the same excellent imaging capabilities and are the world’s leading mobile image sensors, said the company.

Based on reports, this is a 50MP 1/1.4″ sensor. OnePlus Fold has a 48MP 1/1.43″ LYT-T808 sensor. There is optical image stabilization and the company has used Hasselblad Algorithm.

OnePlus has shared some samples from the camera, which confirms f/1.6 aperture. It has also compared a photo with the iPhone 14 Pro.
