Amazfit has launched Balance smartwatch in India, after it was introduced back in September. The Amazfit Balance has been developed with an intensified focus on holistic wellness, incorporating features that deepen understanding of both body and mind, said the company.
Along with integrating the upgraded dual-LED and 8PD BioTracker 5.0 PPG biometric optical sensor, the Amazfit Balance also introduces functions that assess equally important mental recovery indicators.
The new Readiness feature, which provides a score each morning, through which users can understand how specific sleep indicators can affect their mental and physical condition as they pursue the optimal balance of activity and recovery.
It runs Zepp OS 3.0 and promises up to 14 days of battery life on a single charge. The watch also has Zepp Coach, offering personalized training plans tailored to individual characteristics and race goals. Additionally, users can experience the Zepp Coach AI Chat feature, which utilizes generative AI and large language models to answer sports-related questions and provide interactive coaching.
The new Body Composition measurement feature enables users to quickly and easily measure their body fat percentage, skeletal muscle, muscle, water, bone mass, protein, BMI and Basal Metabolism from their wrist.
The watch has a mic and speaker for Bluetooth calling, and also supports Amazon Alexa voice assistant.

Pricing and availability
The Amazfit Balance comes in Sunset Grey and Midnight colours, and is priced at Rs. 24,999. It will be available from Amazfit India website and Flipkart starting from December 4th.
