After rumors, Samsung Galaxy A55 5G, the most expected mid-range A series phone from Samsung has surfaced in renders, thanks to @OnLeaks. This shows a familiar design that we had seen in the Galaxy A15, Galaxy A25 and Galaxy A35.
The phone is said to measure 161.1 x 77.3 / 77.9 x 8.2mm, making it slightly taller and wide than the A54, since this is said to feature a 6.5-inch Infinity-O display, compared to the 6.4-inch screen in the A54.
The phone is said to be one of the first to use Exynos 1480 SoC (S5E8845) with 4 x performance cores clocked at 2.75GHz and 4 x efficiency cores clocked at 2.05GHz with Xclipse 530 GPU.
The Samsung Galaxy A55 5G is rumoured to feature a 50MP rear main camera, 12MP ultra-wide and a 32MP front camera, same as the Galaxy A54. It recently received China’s 3C certification, revealing 25W fast charging, similar to the Galaxy A54. This doesn’t come with a charger in the box, similar to most other Samsung phones.
The phone is expected to arrive in early 2024 along with the Galaxy A35 5G.
