OnePlus Nord Buds 3 renders with new design surface

OnePlus is gearing up for the launch of its third-generation wireless earbuds, the Nord Buds 3. While the details are being kept secret by the Chinese smartphone maker, MySmartPrice, in collaboration with the reputable leakster OnLeaks, has unveiled 5K renders of the Nord Buds 3 based on early production unit images.

The new TWS design breaks away from the boxy style of its predecessors, featuring an oval-shaped case and a revamped earbud design with smoother, rounded edges.

The overall look is simple and minimalistic, with a glossy lid and a matte finish, complete with subtle OnePlus branding. The render shows us a device in a black variant, but we can also expect a white color option much like its predecessor.

The previous Nord Buds 2 boasted 25dB Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Bluetooth 5.3, OnePlus Fast Pair, Dolby Atmos, 94ms ultra-low latency, and 12.4mm titanium dynamic drivers with BassWave Enhancement algorithm. These earphones supported touch controls and had an IP55 rating against water and sweat.

Recently, the OnePlus Buds 3 received FCC certification (model number E509A), hinting at an imminent launch in the Indian market, possibly coinciding with the release of the OnePlus 12 next month.
