vivo X100 series launching in India on January 4


Update: vivo has confirmed the launch of the X100 series in India on January 4th.

vivo has started teasing the launch of X100 series ahead of India and global launch, after the phone was introduced in China last month. The company will launch both the X100 and X100 Pro smartphones in the country.

The company highlights ZEISS APO Floating Telephoto Camera and ZEISS Camera with the Industry’s Largest Sensor​ on X100 Pro. It also highlights Optical Precision Calibration, SLR-level Image Stabilization exclusively co-engineered with ZEISS and ZEISS Multifocal Portrait powered with Multiple Professional Focal lenses.

The X100 Pro is powered by vivo V3 Chip while X100 is equipped with vivo V2 Chip. Both the phones are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC, and feature 8T LTPO technology.

The vivo X100 has a 5000mAh battery with 120W flash charge and the Pro model features a 5400mAh battery with 100W fast charging and also has 50W wireless charging.

We should know more details including the launch date in the coming days. The phone will be sold on Flipkart, in addition to vivo.com and offline stores.
