OnePlus has started teasing the OnePlus Ace 3 in images, ahead of its launch in China, which is expected on January 4th. The image shows the phone in “Mingsha Gold”, which the company says is the most special color of OnePlus Ace 3.
This has a metal middle frame, and uses a gold-melting glass process. “While retaining the luster of glass, we forge a metallic feel that is very different from it. Its cost is much more expensive than ordinary glass technology,” said Louis Jie, OnePlus China head.
The inspiration for “Mingsha Gold” came from the earth, which is both romantic and elegant, with good-looking appearance and powerful performance, he added. Rumours point to Iron Gray and Cool Blue colours as well.
He already confirmed that the OnePlus Ace 3 will come with 1.5K “X1 (Oriental) Screen” for the first time. This is said to launch globally as OnePlus 12R, which will launch on January 23rd.
