TECNO POP 8 to launch in India on January 3


TECNO has confirmed the launch of POP 8, the company’s next budget smartphone in the POP series in India on January 3rd. The phone packs 8GB (4GB+4GB) RAM, which is claims to be the fastest in its segment, and 64GB storage.

The company says that the phone has scored over 240K points on AnTuTu benchmark. The teaser shows Dynamic Port to track notifications, charging and more.

The phone is already official, so we know that the phone will come with a 6.6 HD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate, Unisoc T606 SoC with 4GB of RAM, 4GB of virtual RAM packs an 13-megapixel rear camera along with an AI lens.

There is an 8-megapixel camera on the front, side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 5000mAh battery. The TECNO POP 8 will be sold on Amazon.in, and we should know the price when the phone launches next week.
