After the launch of Amazfit Active earlier this month, Amazfit has started teasing the launch of Amazfit Active Edge, which has a rugged design, 10 ATM water-resistance, 5 satellite positioning system, 10ATM water resistance, and up to 16 days of battery life with typical use.
The watch will come in Lava Black, Midnight Pulse and Mint Green colours in India, support 100+ watch faces including editable, and portrait watch faces, thanks to Zepp OS 2.1.
It will come with Zepp Coach, 130+ sports modes including auto-detection of 7 sports modes – Outdoor running, treadmill, walking, indoor walking, outdoor cycling, running machine and elliptical. The watch also has auto-detection of 25 strength exercises.
The watch has heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2) and stress detection, similar to other Amazfit watches. The watch is already official in other countries, revealing 1.32″ (360 x 360 pixels) TFT screen, and Bluetooth 5.0 LE support.
The Amazfit Active Edge smartwatch will be sold on Amazon.in, and is expected to launch later this month and could be slightly cheaper than the Amazfit Active since this lacks Bluetooth calling and doesn’t have an AMOLED screen.
