HONOR MagicBook Pro 16 with 3K 165Hz screen, Intel Core Ultra 7 processor to roll out globally in Q2 2024

At MWC 2024, HONOR also introduced its first AI laptop – the HONOR MagicBook Pro 16, alongside the Magic6 Pro smartphone. Powered by the Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, the laptop brings platform-level AI-empowered Cross-OS collaboration, Smart Interactions, and PC performance.

The MagicBook Pro 16 features a 3K eye comfort LCD screen, offering 3072 x 1920 resolution, 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut, 165Hz refresh rate, and hardware level low-blue light filter. The company also highlights the laptop’s spatial audio capability, claiming it as the world’s first Windows-based PC to have it.

There should also be an option for opting for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 series laptop GPU, alongside the Core Ultra 7 processor. Leveraging on-device AI, HONOR is said to have implemented AI-empowered OS Turbo that offers a 58% improvement in battery life, offering up to 12 hours of battery life compared to other RTX 40 series gaming laptops.

Benefit from performance improvements brought by HONOR’s platform-level AI with cutting-edge CPU and GPU, the HONOR MagicBook Pro 16 makes sharing notifications and synchronizing materials across HONOR smartphones, PCs, and tablets effortless with MagicRing, ensuring the utmost convenience and easy accessibility, said the company.

Other details of this AI laptop remain unknown. The HONOR MagicBook Pro 16 comes in White and Midnight Black colors and will be available starting from Q2, 2024 globally followed by China launch.  We should get detailed specs and the price at the time of launch.
