Meizu has unveiled its latest smartphone, the Meizu 21 Pro, marking its final venture into the smartphone industry after announcing its departure earlier this month.
The phone sports a flat design on both sides, similar to the Meizu 21, with three rear cameras and an RGB LED flash. It’s equipped with Meizu Titan Glass 2.0 for drop resistance and IP68 certification for dust and water resistance.
Featuring a 6.79-inch 2K+ BOE LTPO 120Hz display with 1,250 nits peak brightness and a 21:9 ratio, the phone allows smooth one-handed use. The display includes 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and SGS Low Blue Light Eye Protection certification. It also houses an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and heart rate detection.
The Meizu 21 Pro boasts a 50MP main camera with OIS+EIS, a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 10MP optical telephoto lens, with support for OIS, EIS, and 8K video recording. For selfies, it offers a 32MP front camera.
Powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen3 processor, coupled with LPDDR5X + UFS 4.0, it offers up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. It features Bluetooth 5.4, WiFi, NFC, dual speakers, mEngine Ultra lateral linear motors, and VC liquid cooling for gaming.
The device houses a 5050mAh battery with 80W wired, 50W wireless, and 10W reverse wireless charging. Running on Flyme OS, it’s open to developers for AI integration, offering AI-assisted input, AI gallery, Aicy voice, and more.
