After rumours, OnePlus has confirmed the launch of OnePlus Ace 3V, the company’s smartphone in the Ace series, in China next week. This shows a sleek body, and the company says that this will challenge mid-range smartphone and will set a new benchmark as the most powerful mid-range SoC in the history.
OnePlus has also confirmed that it will be powered by Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC that will use the same architecture of the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Benchmarks already revealed 1 x 2.8 GHz Cortex-X4 prime core, 4 x 2.61GHz Cortex-A720 performance cores and 3 x 1.9GHz Cortex-A520 power efficiency cores. It also revealed 16GB of RAM and Android 14.
OnePlus China President Li Jie recently revealed the front look of the phone with minimal bezels and alert slider has been moved to the left side to match the top-end models.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon flagship new product launch conference has been scheduled for March 18 where the company is expected to introduce Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 and Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chips. The release date of OnePlus Ace 3V is also expected to be announced at the event.
Based on earlier rumours, the phone will get a 1.5K OLED flat screen without plastic bracket, plastic side frame, glass back and a 5500mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging to match the Ace 3 (12R).
After the China launch, the phone is expected to be introduced for the global markets as OnePlus Nord 4.
