HONOR recently announced the global availability of its HONOR Pad 9 tablet at MWC. Now, HTech has started teasing the India launch of the tablet, with its landing page now live on Amazon.in.
The Joint Managing Director of HTech, CP Khandelwal, confirmed on LinkedIn that the company will offer a Pad 9 compatible Bluetooth keyboard completely free of cost.
The tablet boasts a slim profile, weighing just 555g with a thickness of 6.96mm, packs a 12.1-inch, 2.5K (WQXA) LCD screen, is powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC and comes with a large 8300mAh battery, and supports 35W fast charging.
Amazon page highlights the tablet’s large screen, which has obtained TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light and TÜV Rheinland Flicker-free certifications. Further, it is confirmed that the Indian variant will come with the same 8+256GB configuration, same as global units, along with 8GB of virtual RAM support.
The HONOR Pad 9 runs HONOR’s MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13, which provides smart connectivity, smart services, smooth performance, privacy, and security. For media and entertainment, it packs an 8-speaker setup with dual microphones and voice enhancement algorithms.
