After teasing the design, motorola has confirmed the launch of Snapdragon 7 Gen 3-powered phone in India soon. It also hints at fast charging or wireless charging capabilities for the phone.
The teaser from earlier this week showed a similar curved screen, Blue colour, and the company says “Unleash the new Edge. Embrace the Extraordinary”
The company has scheduled an event in India on April 3rd which hinted a Fusion, and the design teaser hints at edge, so this could be the edge 50 fusion.
Snapdragon 888+ in the edge 30 fusion to 7 Gen 3 in the edge 50 fusion should be a possibility instead of moving to Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 which was mentioned by @evleaks.
Other rumoured specifications of the phone include 6.7-inch POLED screen, 50MP rear camera, 32MP front camera, IP68 ratings, 256GB storage, 5000mAh battery with support for 68W fast charging and Peacock Pink, Ballad Blue (vegan leather), and Tidal Teal colours.
It is not clear if we can expect the edge 50 Pro with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC at the event. The latest teaser says few days left, so we should know more details about the phone sometime next week.
