POCO has confirmed the launch of POCO C61, the company’s next C series phone in India on March 26th. The design shows radiant ring design, up to 6GB of RAM with additional 6GB of virtual RAM, 90Hz refresh rate for the screen and a 5000mAh battery.
The design and specifications of the phone are similar to the Redmi A3, which was launched in India last month, so we can expect a 6.71″ HD+ LCD screen with 90Hz refresh rate, Octa-Core Helio G36 SoC, 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera, side-mounted fingerprint scanner and support for 10W charging over USB Type-C.
The Redmi A3 starts at Rs. 7,299 for the 3GB + 64GB model, but it is not clear if the POCO phone will have similar variants, but we can expect bank offers, so the effective price should be closer to the price of the Redmi A3.
Similar to other POCO phones, the POCO C61 will also be sold on Flipkart after the launch.
