realme today announced that the realme 12x 5G is joining the realme 12 series in India next month, embodying the company’s renewed ‘Make it real’ spirit.
This device, labeled the “Entry-Level 5G Killer” by realme, signifies a significant step forward for the brand. With the announcement, we can see that the device boasts a sleek design reminiscent of a watch, along with a 120Hz display.
Notable features include the Dynamic Button and Air Gestures. It runs on Dimensity 6100+ (6nm) 5G SoC with advanced VC cooling technology, promising a smoother gaming and usage experience due to reduced temperatures.
Equipped with 45W SUPER VOOC Charging and a 5000mAh battery, the realme 12x 5G can charge up to 50% in just 30 minutes and supports reverse charging. Its camera setup includes a 50MP main camera, 8MP selfie snapper, and dual speakers.
Similar specifications to the realme 12 5G are expected, including color options, and the device is to be running on the latest Android 14-based One UI 5.0.
The realme 12x 5G is set to launch on April 2nd, 2024, at 12 PM. It will be available for purchase on realme.com and Flipkart.com.
