Nothing opens its third ‘Exclusive Customer Service Center’ in Mumbai


Nothing today announced the opening of its third Exclusive Customer Service Center in India, situated in Mumbai.

This expansion highlights Nothing’s commitment to the Indian market and its growing consumer base. It follows the recent opening of an Exclusive Customer Service Center in New Delhi.

Nothing’s Increased Coverage and Reach

Nothing is set to expand its service center coverage from 300 to over 350 by July 2024, serving more than 18,000 pin codes across the country. The first ESC in Bengaluru, opened in October 2023, marked a significant milestone for the brand, underlining its dedication to providing excellence to Indian consumers.

The Exclusive Service Center will conduct regular service camps for Nothing customers, providing a range of accessories and care packs, including provisions for Accidental/Liquid Damage, warranty upgrades, and more.

Looking forward, Nothing plans to establish two additional service centers in Hyderabad and Chennai by the end of 2024, with further expansion to 20 locations by 2025.

Location and Availability

The third Exclusive Customer Service Center is located at B#801, Rustomjee Central Park, Business Spaces, Andheri East, 400093, Mumbai, and it is operational from today.
