Update: iQOO has confirmed the launch of Z9 Turbo smartphone in China on April 24th.
Earlier: iQOO already confirmed that its next Z9 series phone will be powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, and it will be introduced in April. Now the company has confirmed that it will be Z9 Turbo, and also posted an image of the phone with dual rear cameras and a curved design that resembles the iQOO 12.
vivo’s vice president Jia Jingdong said that the iQOO Z9 Turbo is equipped with a special “independent graphics chip Turbo” and equipped with 6K VC heat dissipation, which is “the only one” in its class.
He said that the iQOO Z9 Turbo will lead the gaming performance experience in the same price range, and the entire iQOO Z9 series will live up to expectations from top to bottom.
iQOO has also confirmed 6000mAh battery for the phone. According to leaker Digital Chat Station, the phone will pack a 1.5K 144Hz OLED flat screen and will be just 7.98mm thick.
The iQOO Z9 Turbo will be introduced sometime later this month and we should know more details in the coming days.
