TomTom launches Official Application for iPad

TomTom is a very famous Dutch provider of automotive navigation systems and their devices are famous all over the world and they are also offering application for iOS devices like iPhone and iPod Touch and soon it will hit Android devices. It was launched for iPhone (only USA) back in 2009 but if you are an iPad user, then you were out of luck the whole time but not anymore. At the IFA Berlin show recently, Dutch provider launched the official TomTom application for iPad and it would be amazing to use this app on iPad because of the big screen which makes the user experience even better.

If you are currently using the TomTom app on your iPhone and you want to try it on your iPad too, then you don’t need to pay a single dime, just update your application to version 1.8 and voila! You are good to go. The application offers enhanced screen resolution, sharpened graphics and more intuitive controls, that’s all for the iPad. But if you don’t have the application on your iPhone and want to check it out for the first time, then you can get it from the App Store for €59.99.
