LG launches 2024 range of Energy Manager and ArtCool ACs in India

LG Electronics has introduced their flagship feature range, comprising the Energy Manager and ArtCool Air Conditioners in India.

In the initial 100 days of 2024, they’ve sold one million units of air conditioners to retail partners, aiming for over 2 million units by year-end. LG attributes this success to their 2024 lineup of 77 new models, focusing on energy efficiency, style, and performance.

India’s first ‘Energy Manager’ AC by LG

The Energy Manager feature is a standout addition, emphasizing LG’s commitment to sustainability and consumer empowerment.

It enables users to customize energy usage preferences and periods, using Wi-Fi connectivity to optimize compressor usage and reduce energy consumption.

Available in 1 ton, 1.5 ton, and 2 ton capacities, these ACs also offer smart connectivity via the LG ThinQ app.

In addition, the company also launched ArtCool ACs which boast a sleek Black Mirror Finish, blending elegance with top-notch performance, appealing to consumers valuing aesthetics and functionality

Key features across LG 2024 ACs lineup include:

1) Diet Mode: Utilizing dual inverter compressor tech, Diet Mode slashes power consumption by 81% while ensuring optimal cooling efficiency, ideal for cost-conscious consumers.
2) Him Clean: This automated cleaning feature maintains hygienic indoor air by eliminating bacteria, offering hassle-free maintenance.
3) Gold Fin+: The newly introduced Gold Fin+ coating enhances durability by guarding against humidity and corrosion, prolonging the lifespan of the AC.
4) Enhanced ThinQ Care: In 2024, LG ThinQ Care includes Low Gas Detection and Foul Smell Detection for proactive issue detection and user convenience.

Pricing and availability

The 2024 LG air conditioner lineup ranges from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 60,000, available through various retail and online platforms including LG.com, LG retail stores, Flipkart, and Amazon.in.
