Apple unveiled its latest iPad Pro at its ‘Let Loose’ event. This latest iPad comes in two sizes: a spacious 13-inch model and a compact 11-inch model. The new iPad Pro boasts an incredibly thin and lightweight design.
The 11-inch model measures just 5.3 mm thin, while the 13-inch model is even slimmer at 5.1 mm. Both models feature enclosures made from 100 percent recycled aluminum, aligning with Apple’s sustainability goals.
Featuring Ultra Retina XDR technology, the new iPad Pro delivers exceptional brightness with up to 1000 nits for standard content and an impressive 1600 nits for HDR content. For professionals working with color-sensitive tasks, the new iPad Pro offers a nano-texture glass option, minimizing glare while maintaining image quality.
The iPad Pro runs on the M4 chip, boasting second-gen 3-nanometer tech for better efficiency. With up to four performance cores and six efficiency cores, it offers 1.5x faster CPU performance than its predecessor. Its 10-core GPU, featuring Dynamic Caching and hardware-accelerated mesh shading, boosts rendering app performance.
Plus, with Apple’s most powerful Neural Engine yet, capable of 38 trillion operations per second, and advanced ML accelerators, the iPad Pro excels at AI tasks, ideal for demanding workflows.
On the camera front, the updated system offers enhanced versatility, with a 12MP back camera capable of capturing vibrant images and video. The TrueDepth 12MP Ultra Wide front camera, now in landscape orientation, improves the video conferencing experience.
