After rumors, POCO has confirmed the launch of POCO F6, the company’s next top-end F series phone in India on May 23rd. The teaser reveals the back of the phone, which looks exactly similar to the Redmi Turbo 3, which was introduced in China last month powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC.
The teaser image shows 50MP and OIS, and the phone shown is in golden colour, but we can also expect a black colour.
For the global markets, POCO will also launch the POCO F6 Pro alongside at the same time in an in-person event in Dubai.
According to earlier reports, this will be the global version of the Redmi K70 which was introduced in China last year powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
The POCO F6 should get a 6.67″ 1.5K 120Hz OLED screen, and the F6 Pro should pack a 6.67″ 2K 120Hz AMOLED screen. Both these are expected to pack a 5000mAh, and 90W / 120W fast charging.
Launch event
The POCO F6 series launch event on May 23rd starts at 3PM, Dubai (4:30 PM IST). As usual, the company will offer a live stream on both global and India channels.
