iQOO has confirmed the launch of iQOO Pad2 and iQOO Pad2 Pro tablets on May 31st in China, as the successor to last year’s iQOO Pad. The company has also confirmed some of the specifications of the tablet.
iQOO has confirmed 12.1″ 144Hz screen, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC and a large 10,000mAh battery for the Pad2. According to leaker Digital Chat Station, the tablet will pack a 12.1″ (2800×1968 pixels) 2.8K 144Hz LCD screen, will feature a 8MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and 44W fast charging.
iQOO has confirmed 3.1K 144Hz screen, Dimensity 9300+ SoC and a large 11500mAh battery for the Pad2 Pro. According to leaker Digital Chat Station, the tablet will pack a 13″ (3096 x 2064p pixels) 3.1K 144Hz LCD screen, will feature a 13MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, 8 speakers and 66W fast charging.
These should run Android 14 with OriginOS 4 for tablet. The Pad2 is said to come in 8GB + 128GB version and go up to 12GB + 512GB, and the Pad2 Pro is said to come in 8GB + 256GB version and go up to 16GB + 512GB.
The tablets have a rear design similar to the vivo Pad3 Pro, which was introduced recently, and will come in Blue, Silver and Grey colours. We should know the price of the tablets when these go official later this month.
