POCO just launched the F6 5G, the company’s latest smartphone in the F series in India, as it had promised. The phone packs a 6.67″ 1.5K CrystalRes Flow 120Hz AMOLED display, up to 2400 nits peak brightness, 1920Hz high frequency PWM dimming, and is the first phone to be powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC in India.
It has, 4800mm² ultra-large IceLoop cooling system, which the company says is 3x better than VC cooling. It has up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. The phone has IP64 dustproof and waterproof ratings and is just 7.8mm thick. The phone runs Android 14-based Xiaomi HyperOS, and will get 3 OS updates and 4 years of security updates.
The phone has dual rear cameras with a 50MP 1/1.95″ Sony IMX882 sensor with f/1.59 aperture, OIS and a 8MP ultra-wide camera.
There is a 20MP front camera. It packs a 5000mAh battery and supports 90W wired fast charging offering 50% charge in 12 minutes, and up to 100% charge in 35 minutes. However, it comes with a 120W charger in the box.

The POCO F6 5G comes in Black and Titanium colours and is priced at Rs. 29,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model, 12GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 31,999 and the 12GB + 512GB model costs Rs. 33,999. It will be available from Flipkart starting from May 29th.
