realme is reportedly preparing to launch the realme GT6 smartphone, featuring AI capabilities, according to a retail box image shared by @OnLeaks via Smartprix.
The realme GT6 will be the brand’s first device to come with GenAI features built-in. The front of the retail box showcases the handset’s name in bright yellow, the tag line “Next AI,” and the brand’s logo at the bottom.
The back of the box highlights the GenAI features, including:
- AI Night Vision for enhanced nighttime photography.
- AI Smart Loop for streamlined text generation and summarization.
- AI Smart Removal to remove unwanted elements from photos.
- AI Smart Search, an advanced search tool possibly similar to Google’s Circle to Search feature.
While detailed specifications are not yet fully disclosed, the realme GT6 is expected to follow the lineage of the GT 6T. It is anticipated to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, an upgrade from the GT 6T’s Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3, indicating a premium market segment.
Other likely specifications borrowed from the GT 6T include a 6.78-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, a 50MP rear camera, a 32MP front camera, a 5500mAh battery, and Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0.
Tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo suggests that the GT6 may also feature a silicon anode high-density battery and 100W fast charging. The phone is expected to launch in July.
