Back in March, Apple announced that its WWDC 2024 conference will begin June 10th and go on till June 14th. Now, it has confirmed that the Keynote will happen at 10 AM PDT (10:30 PM IST) on June 10th.
Apple just said that the event will give a first look at groundbreaking updates coming to Apple platforms later this year. This should be iOS 18, iPadOS 18, macOS 15, watchOS 11, tvOS 18 and visionOS 2.
State of the Union
The Platforms State of the Union will happen on the same day at 1 PM PDT. This will let developers learn how they can take their apps to the next level with a deeper dive into the new tools, technologies, and advances across iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, visionOS, and watchOS.
Apple Design Awards
Apple Design Awards will happen later in the day to recognize and celebrate the art, craft, creativity, and technical expertise of Apple’s developer community. This year’s winners will be announced soon, said the company.
Live-streaming
The keynote address will be available via apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, Apple Vision Pro, and YouTube, with on-demand playback available after the conclusion of the stream.
The Platforms State of the Union will stream via the Apple Developer app and the Apple Developer website. A playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream on the Apple Developer app, website, and YouTube channel.
