Details about the OnePlus Pad 2, successor to the first OnePlus Pad, surfaced a couple of months back which said that the tablet will launch in the half of 2024.
According to leaker Digital Chat Station, the launch of the tablet has been delayed, and the exact time frame is not available yet. The reason for the delay is not known yet.
The tipster also mentioned that the OnePlus Watch 3 is also delayed. Reliable OnePlus tipster Max Jambor has also confirmed that there is a delay in the launch of these OnePlus devices.
Earlier reports revealed that the OnePlus tablet will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 replacing the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC in the first model. The OPPO Pad 2 had similar specifications as the OnePlus Pad, so the OnePlus Pad 2 and the OPPO Pad 3 could share similar specifications.
The leak has mentioned that the OPPO Pad 3 is also getting delayed. Based on the latest report by Digital Chat Station, the tablet is said to pack a 12.1-inch (3000 x 2120 pixels) 3K 7:5 LCD, screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, Up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB storage, 13MP rear and a 8MP front camera, Pencil2 smart pen, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and a 9510mAh battery with support for 67W wired fast charging.
