Garmin has announced the launch of the Forerunner 165 Series in India on Global Running Day. This GPS-running smartwatch features a vibrant AMOLED touchscreen display and is designed to be easy to use.
Designed for professional runners and athletes, it combines advanced training modules and tracking capabilities. The Forerunner 165 Series is sleek and lightweight, with a 1.2-inch AMOLED display, 43mm case and colorful, dual-shot bands.
It allows users to listen to music on the go without a phone by downloading playlists directly from Spotify or Amazon Music to the watch and using wireless headphones.
The smartwatch offers adaptive training plans and personalized daily workouts, along with built-in GPS for precise pace and distance tracking, and a wrist-based heart rate monitor.

The Forerunner 165 Series supports diverse adaptive training plans for race preparation. Athletes can enter race details into Garmin Connect for tailored plans or use free Garmin Coach plans for 5K, 10K, and half-marathons.
It offers 24/7 tracking of heart rate, sleep, and stress to help optimize overall well-being and activity. Additionally, it includes women’s health tracking for menstrual cycle and pregnancy monitoring, along with exercise and nutrition guidance.
