HTC just introduced the U24 Pro smartphone, the latest phone in the U series, as it had promised. The phone has a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz OLED screen with a 50MP camera inside the punch-hole. It is powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC with 12GB of RAM.
The phone has a 50MP main camera with OIS along with a 8MP ultra-wide camera and there is also a 50MP 2x telephoto camera. The phone still retains the 3.5mm audio jack.
It has an in-display fingerprint sensor, IP67 waterproof and dustproof ratings and packs a 4600mAh battery with support for 60W fast charging and 15W wireless charging as well as reverse wireless charging.
The matte texture makes it less likely to stick to fingerprints; it continues the U-series’ double-sided corner design, which provides a strong grip and best fits your hand, said the company. It has a metal frame, and uses heat pressing technology to create a high-strength back cover body. Micro-nano-level photolithography technology allows the plate to naturally refract, and the grating effect, the company adds.

Pricing and availability
The HTC U24 Pro comes in Space Blue and Twilight White colours and is priced at NTD 18990 (USD 586 / Rs. 49,035 approx.) for the 256GB model and the 512GB model costs NTD 20,990 (USD 648 / Rs. 54,200 approx.).
The phone is now available to order in Taiwan. The Space Blue 512GB model will be shipped at the end of June, and the Space Blue 256GB and Twilight White models will be shipped in July.
