After the China launch, motorola introduced the razr 50 and razr 50 ultra smartphones for the global markets yesterday. It ha also confirmed the launch of the smartphone in India on July 4th.
The company has highlighted 6.9-inch FHD+ internal foldable LTPO pOLED screen with 1-165Hz refresh rate, a 4-inch outer pOLED 1-165Hz LPTO screen, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, 512GB UFS 4.0 storage, 50MP main camera with OIS + 50MP 2x telephoto camera, 32MP front camera and a 4000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging, and 15W wireless fast charging.
There is moto ai, Google Gemini integration, and the phone will come in Spring Green, Peach Fuzz and Midnight Blue colours.
Global pricing and roll out details
The motorola razr 50 Ultra is priced at an MSRP of 1,199.99 Euros (USD 1285 / Rs. 1,07,250 approx.) in Europe and LATAM countries. The device will roll out to selected markets across the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific in the following weeks.
In the US, the phone will launch as motorola razr+ 2024 priced at an of MSRP of USD 999.99 (Rs. 83,440 approx.).
In the United States, the new motorola razr+ 2024 will be available for pre-order at T-Mobile, AT&T and at motorola.com, Amazon.com, and Best Buy on July 10. The device will be on-sale at T-Mobile, AT&T and available universally unlocked at motorola.com, Amazon.com, and Best Buy on July 24.
In comparison, the phone costs 6199 yuan (USD 853 / Rs. 71,220 approx.) for the same 12GB + 512GB model in China.
In India, the phone will be available from Amazon.in, motorola.com and offline stores on the launch day – July 4th.
