motorola unveils AI-driven upgrades for the 2024 razr with Google’s Gemini


motorola has announced its partnership with Google to bring new AI-driven experiences to the 2024 razr family.

Users can now access Google’s Gemini directly from the external display of razr devices. Gemini is a personal AI assistant designed to enhance creativity and productivity.

It offers step-by-step project instructions, trip planning assistance, and helps with tasks like writing emails. Gemini integrates seamlessly with Google apps such as Maps, YouTube, Flights, Gmail, and Drive, providing continuous support.

Razr users will receive Gemini Advanced free for 3 months, featuring Google’s most capable AI models. They also get 2 TB of cloud storage and Gemini integrated into favorite Google apps like Gmail and Docs through the Google One AI Premium plan.

AI Features in razr devices

Google Messages: Google Messages on razr devices offer unique AI features. Photomoji transforms photos into personalized emojis and stickers, while Magic Compose suggests text responses in different styles (Excited, Chill, Formal, Short) for creative messaging.

Google Photos Integration: The new razr devices allow access to Google Photos from the external display.

Users can view, delete, favorite, or share photos and videos stored locally or in the cloud without opening their phone. Soon, Ask Photos will enable a new way to search photos using Gemini.

AI-powered Photo Editing: razr users can edit photos using AI-powered tools in Google Photos like Magic Editor, Magic Eraser, and Photo Unblur directly on their device.

moto AI Features with Google Cloud

motorola and Google introduce moto ai features powered by Google Cloud, including Moto Magic Canvas. This tool allows users to create images by describing them with text prompts.

On the other hand, Style Sync offers personalized device wallpapers based on uploaded photos of patterns from their surroundings.
