OnePlus just announced the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro, the company’s latest smartphone in the Ace series in China, as it had promised. It packs a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE X1 AMOLED with 1-120Hz 8T LTPO, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, and supports wet hand control.
The phone is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with up to 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The company claims 2.32 million AnTuTu 10 scores.
It has a second-generation Tiangong cooling system with 9126mm² VC vapor chamber, industry’s first 2K supercritical thermal graphite, AI global temperature control, and upgraded cooling structure for the entire phone. It promises Android’s only native 120 fps gaming experience.
The phone has a 50MP main camera with Sony IMX890 sensor, support for OIS, along with a 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro camera, same as the Oneplus 11R.
The phone still retains the three-stage alert slide on the left-hand side. It packs a 6100mAh silicon-carbon negative electrode battery, the largest on a OnePlus phone. The glacier battery is designed in partnership with CATL for high-performance mobile phones.
Compared to 5000mAh ordinary graphite batteries, OnePlus Glacier Battery has an additional capacity of 1100mAh and a 3% reduction in volume. It supports 100W SuperVOOC fast charge, which can fully charge the phone in 36 minutes. In terms of battery life, OnePlus’ Glacier Battery is said to have a battery health level greater than or equal to 80% after four years of use.
