Samsung is preparing to launch its next tablet line-up, the Galaxy Tab S10 series, which reportedly includes only two models: the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, according to South Korean media Naver, hinting at a shift in their sales strategy.

Samsung plans to offer these tablets in two sizes: 12.4 inches and 14.9 inches. This move responds to Apple’s recent release of the iPad Pro with an OLED display, enabling Samsung to compete more directly with Apple’s new M4 OLED iPad Pro line-up.
Leaked renders indicate that the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra’s design will closely resemble the Galaxy Tab S10+. With Apple’s introduction of Tandem OLED technology in its M4 iPad Pro series, Samsung may shift focus away from display technology as a key selling point.
Instead, Samsung could emphasize other features of the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, such as their larger screen sizes and the Android platform, to appeal to consumers.
The report suggests production will start this month, with a likely release by year-end. Samsung’s strategy includes eliminating the base model to better compete with Apple’s iPad Pros and reduce costs.
However, challenges persist, particularly with the Galaxy Tab S10+ expected to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, while the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra may feature the high-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 globally.
