HMD has announced a long-term partnership with cricketer, all-rounder from the Indian national women’s cricket team Jemimah Rodrigues. This comes after the company’s partnership with Rajasthan Royals IPL team earlier this year.
HMD said that the collaboration will enable the company to connect with a young, tech-savvy audience in India, rooted in its shared values and a keen understanding of what people seek in technology.
Jemimah Rodrigues, known for her versatility and elegance on and off the cricket field, embodies HMD’s values of innovation, sustainability, and authenticity, it added.
It has also announced that it will start HMD hook step challenge contest with Jemimah on its social channels soon. This will let the fans get a chance to win HMD smartphones.
