It provides 24/7 health monitoring, weighing between 2.3 grams and 3.0 grams for comfort during extended wear, and offers nine size options for a customized fit.
The ring features a stylish concave design for added durability, 10ATM + IP68 water resistance, up to seven days of battery life, and includes a charging case with LED indicators for charging status.

The Galaxy Ring seamlessly integrates with Samsung Health, providing comprehensive health insights without a subscription. It includes:
- Advanced sleep analysis with an AI algorithm for understanding sleep patterns and promoting healthier habits.
- Monitoring of new sleep metrics such as movement, sleep latency, heart rate, and respiratory rate.
- Cycle Tracking for monitoring menstrual cycles via overnight skin temperature.
