Panasonic India has launched the LUMIX S9, a compact full-frame mirrorless camera. The camera just weighs 403g, making it the smallest and lightest mirrorless camera in the LUMIX S Series line-up. It has a 24.2-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor, similar to the flagship LUMIX S5II, and is said to offer professional image and video quality.
When it comes to stabilization, it includes 5-axis Dual I.S.2: 6.5 stops / Body I.S.: 5 stops and Active I.S tech and offers real-time subject tracking with AF with PDAF. There’s also a free-angle rear screen for a flexible shooting experience.
Further, Panasonic LUMIX S9 empowers creators with the REAL TIME LUT function, allowing for a range of popular, classic, or bespoke color styles/ filters directly in-camera via a dedicated LUT button, says the company.
Other highlights of the app include the introduction of the new LUMIX Lab app for iOS and Android smartphones, which enables editing on the go, and a new recording format – MP4 Lite, specially optimized for smartphones.

Pricing and Availability
The Panasonic LUMIX S9 full-frame mirrorless camera is priced at Rs. 1,49,990, and a LUMIX S9 combo kit with a lens, including a 20-60mm lens costs Rs. 1,79,990.
It will be available across all Panasonic brand shops, Lumix Lounges, and dealer networks across India.
