CMF, the sub-brand of London-based technology company Nothing has announced that their latest smartphone, the CMF Phone 1 which was launched earlier this week is manufactured in India
The company aims to harness the rich manufacturing ecosystem of the country while investing in the local economy, fostering technological innovation within the country and creating job opportunities.
This underscores the brand’s recognition of India as a key market in its global strategy and alignment with the “Make in India” initiative, the company added.
This follows the Phone (1), the Phone (2) and the Phone (2a) which were also made in India at a facility in Tamil Nadu. Last year, Nothing had set up its first Global exclusive service center in Bengaluru.

The CMF Phone 1 comes in 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant priced at Rs. 15,999 and the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant costs Rs.17,999. It will be available to purchase on Flipkart, Croma, Vijay Sales and other partners, with open sales commencing tomorrow, July 12 at 12 noon.
