HONOR MagicBook Art 14 with 14.6″ 3.1K OLED 120Hz touch display, up to Intel Core Ultra 7 processor announced


HONOR has expanded its MagicBook line-up with the launch of the MagicBook Art 14 2024 in China, alongside the Magic V3 and Vs3 foldable smartphones.

The MagicBook Art 14 2024, made with aerospace-grade materials, weighs 1.03kg and is 12.95mm thick. It features an Excimer UV-cured skin-friendly coating and an ultra-fine velvet texture. The laptop has a 14.6-inch 3.1K OLED touch display with a resolution of 3,120 x 2,080 pixels, a 3:2 aspect ratio, and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The display includes HDR peak brightness of 700 nits, 4320Hz PWM dimming technology to reduce screen flicker and eye strain, Honor Oasis Eye Protection Screen, E-Book mode, and supports ten-point precise touch with various gestures.

The laptop runs on an Intel Core Ultra 5 125H or Core Ultra 7 155H processor with Intel Arc graphics, a 1TB SSD, and supports LPDDR5X RAM. It has six speakers with spatial audio and DTS support, and a 60Wh battery that charges fully in 95 minutes and reaches 46% in 30 minutes.

The cooling system uses an ultra-thin VC module with high-performance fan blades to minimize noise. The 120cm² multi-touch trackpad supports features like screenshots, screen recording, window minimization, and sidebar invocation.

The detachable webcam can be placed next to the two USB-C ports or at the top center of the screen. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, two USB-C ports (one with Thunderbolt 4), one USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The MagicBook Art 14 features AI capabilities such as smart search, knowledge Q&A, document summary, and AI-enhanced audio and video functions like scene recognition, sound separation, and noise reduction.

It also includes a fingerprint power button, OS Turbo 3.0, three microphones, AI-driven noise reduction, screen privacy protection, and Magic AI Connected Office. The laptop operates on Windows 11.

The MagicBook Art 14 2024 comes in two colors, Silver and Green, with pricing as follows:

  • Core Ultra 5 125H (16GB+1TB) – 7,799 yuan (USD 1075 or Rs. 89,840 approx.)
  • Core Ultra 5 125H (32GB+1TB) – 8,499 yuan (USD 1172 or Rs. 97,900 approx.)
  • Core Ultra 7 155H (32GB+1TB) – 9,499 yuan (USD 1310 or Rs. 1,09,420 approx.)

The devices are available for pre-order now and will go on sale in China from July 26, 2024, across all platforms such as HONOR Glory Mall, JD.com, Tmall, and more.
