OnePlus just introduced the OnePlus Pad 2, the company’s latest flagship tablet, at an event in Italy, as it had promised. It packs an 12.1″ 2K 144Hz LCD screen with 7:5 aspect ratio that promises a comfortable reading experience.
The tablet has Dolby Vision, six speakers with omni bearing sound field technology which intelligently identifies the screen direction and automatically switches between left and right audio channels for a more immersive sound. There is also Dolby Atmos. It is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with up to 12GB RAM.
It runs Android 14-based OxygenOS 14 and can sync with OnePlus phones for OTP verification messages, cellular data sharing and rich text messages. There is also copy and paste, notification sharing and file sharing between devices.
There is a single 13MP rear camera in the centre of the back inside the camera bump, metal unibody design and packs a huge, 9510mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC charging can charge the tablet up to 23% in 10 minutes, 64% in 30 minutes, and fully charged in just 81 minutes.
OnePlus Stylo 2
The OnePlus Pad 2 also comes with the OnePlus Stylo 2 with upgraded grip and creates a true-to-life pen and paper experience thanks to the hyperrealistic pen-tip vibration generated by its linear motor. Using 16,000 pressure sensitivity levels, the OnePlus Stylo 2 also simulates real ink effects, where varying pressures and angles are intuitively reflected in the writing and drawing, even when the pen tip barely touches the screen. It has zero- millisecond delay tracking.
OnePlus Smart Keyboard
The OnePlus Smart Keyboard has also received a major update. The flexible,
smart, and portable keyboard can be used with the OnePlus Pad 2 or
standalone. The magnetic holder also features an updated adjustable tilt, ranging from 110° to 165°, while the keyboard seamlessly connects via a pogo-pin and Bluetooth.
The OnePlus Smart Keyboard also comes with an expansive 8,640 mm² touchpad, offering a significantly larger area than the 3,483 mm² of its predecessor. The keyboard boasts six rows of keys, including a row of shortcut keys tailored for faster work tasks.

Pricing and availability
The OnePlus Pad 2 comes in Nimbus Gray colours and is priced at Rs. 39,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model and the 12GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 42,999.
The OnePlus Stylo 2 is priced at Rs. 5499 and the OnePlus Smart Keyboard costs Rs. 8499.
It will be available from Amazon.in, Flipkart, OnePlus.in, OnePlus Store App, Myntra, OnePlus Experience Stores and select offline partner stores starting from August 1st.
