After confirming the launch of Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 on July 19th, Xiaomi today confirmed that the Xiaomi MIX Flip will join as the company’s first flip phone.
Xiaomi has confirmed that the phone will be powered by the latest flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, feature Leica optics with Summilux large aperture lens, and the image shows dual rear cameras embedded into the outer screen, a metal frame and several colours.
The phone pack a large, 4780mAh battery and will feature an outer screen with all the functions, so it can function as a normal phone even when closed, said the company.
The phone surfaced in Geekbench listing recently, revealing 12GB of RAM. 3C certification revealed 67W fast charging, and the phone is said to use a 50-megapixel OV50E 1/1.55-inch sensor and support OIS. Earlier rumours revealed a 1.5K foldable display, 32MP OV32B front camera and a 60MP OV60A 2X telephoto camera.
