iOS 18.1 developer beta brings early access to Apple Intelligence, full rollout delayed until October

At the WWDC 2024, Apple has introduced Apple Intelligence, the company’s AI system, set to roll out in October after the initial releases of iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.

The features were separated from the initial iOS launch due to stability concerns and the need for broader testing. Developers can start testing Apple Intelligence via iOS 18.1 and iPadOS 18.1 betas this week, with the first iOS 18.1 beta build now available.
