POCO just launched the POCO M6 Plus 5G, the company’s latest 5G smartphone in India, as it had promised. It has a 6.79-inch FHD+ 120Hz LCD screen with a centre punch-hole, and is powered by Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE (Accelerated Edition) SoC with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 8GB of virtual RAM.
The phone has a glass back, ring LED flash, and the company says that this is the segment-first 5G dual-sided glass phone. It has a 108MP rear camera, along with Samsung ISOCELL HM6 1/1.67″ sensor and 9-in-1 pixel binning technology that promises clear images. It has a 2MP secondary camera and has a 13MP front camera.
The phone runs Android 14 with Hyper OS, and the company has confirmed 2 years of security updates and 4 years of security updates. The phone has a 5030mAh battery with 33W fast charging with a charger in the box.

The POCO M6 Plus 5G comes in Ice Silver, Graphite Black and Misty Lavender colours and is priced at Rs. 13,499 for the 6GB + 128GB and the 8GB + 128GB version is priced at Rs. 14,499. It will be available from Flipkart starting from August 5th. With bank and coupon offers, the effective starting price of the phone is Rs. 11,999.
