realme today announced that it will reveal the world’s Fastest Charging Technology at its annual 828 Fan Festival on August 14, 2024 at the realme headquarters in Shenzhen, China.
realme said that this will establish new standards for smartphone charging and other advanced technologies. Four proprietary innovations that power this achievement will also be unveiled for the first time, said the company.
These lead globally in advancements in charging power, battery technology, converter size, and power reduction design, the company added. The event will also provide a sneak peek into realme’s latest cutting-edge technologies under development, which aim to redefine the smartphone experience with AI, performance, and imaging.
“These announcements highlight realme’s commitment to innovation and its dedication to empowering young users with unprecedented solutions and tech experiences that exceed their expectations,” said realme.
Based on rumours, the company will unveil 300W fast charging tech at the event as the successor to 240W fast charging, which was introduced last year in the realme GT5.

The three-day event, will take place from August 13th to 15th, will offer an exclusive preview of realme’s latest proprietary innovations.
realme will also open its Intelligent Factory for the first time with special tours, offering a behind-the-scenes look into the brand’s manufacturing processes, rigorous testing procedures, durability tests, and imaging lab evaluations.
