realme has started teasing the launch of realme 13 series in India, after the launch of realme 13 Pro series in the country last month. The company says ‘Speed has a new number’ highlighting the performance of the phone.
The text says “Setting new speeds they can’t match” and highlights speed trinity, this includes the chipset, charging and memory. It also says fast charger turbo D7200 chipset, which could be Dimensity 7200.
However, a recent Geekbench listing revealed a realme phone with the model number RMX5000. This is said to be realme 13+ 5G with Dimensity 7300 SoC, which is actually not the successor to the Dimensity 7200. The listing also revealed 6GB of RAM and Android 14.
Still, Dimensity 7200 SoC is a good upgrade to the Dimensity 6100+ SoC in the realme 12 5G. We can expect a new design to match the realme 13 Pro series.
The realme 13 series 5G is expected to be introduced sometime in late August. We should know more details, including the exact launch date of the phone in the coming weeks.
