motorola just launched the moto g45 5G, the company’s latest budget 5G phone in India, as it had promised. It has a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate, is powered by Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 8GB of virtual RAM. There is a 16MP front camera inside the punch-hole.

The phone runs Android 14 out of the box, and the company has confirmed Android 15 OS update and 3 years of security updates for the phone. It has a 50MP rear camera along with a 2MP macro camera, has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging and comes with 20W charge in the box.

The Moto Connect available in the 8GB RAM model lets you elevate gaming with a big screen, enhance video calls, and expand your workspace by using apps on a desktop display.

Pricing and availability

moto g45 5G comes in Brilliant Blue, Brilliant Green and Viva Magenta with a vegan leather back and is priced at Rs. 10,999 for the 4GB + 128GB version and the 8GB + 128GB version costs Rs. 12,999.

Even though the price of the 4GB version is same as the predecessor, the price of the 8GB version has seen a Rs. 1000 price increase. However, this time there is a Rs. 1000 bank discount, unlike just an additional exchange discount the last time.

The moto g45 5G will be available from Flipkart, motorola.in and will also available from retail stores starting from August 28th.
