Acer just introduced its first AI-powered gaming laptop in India, the Nitro V 16, following its announcement last year.
The laptop features AMD Ryzen R7 8845HS processors and NVIDIA GeForce 4060 series AI graphics. It comes with 16GB DDR5 RAM and a 1TB SSD, integrated with Windows 11’s Copilot for enhanced AI capabilities.
The 16-inch display offers a 16:10 WQXGA resolution (2560 x 1600 pixels), a 165Hz refresh rate, and 100% sRGB color accuracy for sharp and vibrant visuals.
The Nitro V 16 is designed for smooth gaming and streaming, powered by advanced AI-driven performance. It includes Copilot, an AI tool that boosts productivity by delivering detailed web-based answers and enhancing collaboration.
Additionally, Acer’s Purified Voice 2.0, an AI-powered noise-cancellation tool, ensures clear audio, while the Acer Quick Panel simplifies AI settings management during calls.
For audio, the laptop is equipped with DTS Ultra Audio, offering enhanced bass and customizable sound modes. It also supports high-impedance headphones for superior sound quality.
The MUX switch allows users to toggle between integrated and discrete GPUs, optimizing graphics performance. The laptop’s cooling is managed by a dual-fan system with quad-intake and quad-exhaust design, preventing overheating and maintaining optimal performance.
Users can control cooling through the NitroSense key, choosing from Eco, Quiet, Balance, and Performance modes. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.3, Gigabit Ethernet, and USB4 40Gbps.
