HONOR today announced a collaboration with Google Cloud to introduce new AI features for the HONOR Magic V3, set for a global launch at IFA 2024 in Berlin. The new AI features include AI Eraser, Face-to-Face Translation, and HONOR Notes Live Translation.
In addition to showcasing the HONOR Magic V3’s hardware durability, battery life, and camera performance, HONOR has highlighted the device’s advancements in both on-device and cloud AI, aiming to provide a smarter and more convenient user experience.
Key AI features of the HONOR Magic V3 are:
Magic Portal: This AI-driven feature offers personalized recommendations. The new Magic Portal on Foldable takes advantage of the large inner screen, enabling users to multitask by opening two floating apps simultaneously, such as comparing product prices side by side.
HONOR Notes: In collaboration with Google Cloud, this feature records and translates meetings in real-time, ensuring users capture every crucial detail.
Face-to-Face Translation: Provides real-time translation using both the inner and outer displays.
AI Eraser: A smart tool for easily removing unwanted elements from photos.
HONOR Eye Comfort Display: Designed to mitigate nearsightedness from prolonged screen use with advanced defocus eyecare technology.
HONOR describes the Magic V3 as a major leap in AI-driven technology, enhancing daily activities like meetings, travel, and photography with impactful AI features.
Launch Date
The global launch event for the HONOR Magic V3, along with the HONOR MagicPad 2 and HONOR MagicBook Art 14, is scheduled for September 5, 2024, at 14:00 CEST (5:30 PM IST).
